Believe it or not, I wasn’t always the jet-setter I am today. Growing up as a first-generation Cuban American, my travels were simpler, spanning as far north as Orlando and south as Key West. With each trip beyond those borders my world grew as curiosity turned into confidence and I discovered a love for travel planning that stuck.
When I turned 18, my first big purchase wasn’t clothes or gadgets; it was a cruise ticket. After a few years sailing, the ports started to feel small, so I started flying. Seventeen years later, travel became second nature. I became the friend everyone texted for a real plan, not just a pretty Pinterest board, yet I hesitated to turn my passion into a profession.
I planned trips between night shifts as an emergency dispatcher, a job that taught me to plan ahead, stay calm, and make clear decisions when plans change. I took advantage of being bilingual, building relationships with travel partners and ensuring trip details were executed smoothly during travel. Now, I craft itineraries that are meticulous where it matters and flexible where it counts, so you can settle in and enjoy the moments that make a trip meaningful.
